GENERAL TERMS
I DO NOT ALLOW MY ART TO BE USED FOR ANY AI GENERATION OR NFT CREATION. Any attempt to use my work for these purposes will result in being blacklisted from future commissions. Please refrain from commissioning me if you intend to use my art for these purposes.WORKFLOW AND PROCESS
Once I review and accept your commission form, the process will proceed as follows:WIP 1: Initial Sketch
WIP 2: Cleaned sketch/line art with base colors
FINAL RESULT: Final rendering, effects, and polish applied
You will receive a screenshot of each stage for your approval and revision. Depending on the complexity of the commission, additional steps may be required between WIP 2 and the final result.PAYMENT TERMS
All commissions require full upfront payment. For larger projects, we can discuss a payment plan, with a 50% deposit required upfront.REVISIONS
The first three revisions are free, but they must occur within the first two phases (Sketch and Base Colors).
Any changes requested after the second WIP (Base Colors) will incur an additional charge.For bigger projects, more revisions can be discussed!DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I have up to nine months to deliver the final artwork.
If your commission is not on the waitlist, I typically provide progress updates and aim to complete the project within two months of receiving payment.
If you have a strict deadline, please specify this upfront, and I will let you know if it’s feasible. A rush fee may be discussed depending on your required delivery time.USAGE RIGHTS
Unless we have discussed a commercial usage fee, the commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
Personal use includes things like printing the art for personal display or using it as an avatar, icon, or banner, provided it’s not for profit, and you do not claim the work as your own.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain the rights to all of my artwork, which allows me to share and promote the pieces publicly, including using the artwork as commission samples and posting it on my social media.
I will always give proper credit to the commissioner as the owner of the character/design.
You may request a three-month privacy period in which I will refrain from posting your commission on any public platforms.If you wish to extend the privacy period or keep the work completely private, we can discuss a privacy fee.REFUNDS
If I fail to deliver any WIP or have not discussed an extension after the nine-month period, you may request a refund.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission if necessary. In the event of a cancellation on my part, any payments made will be fully refunded.COMMUNICATION
All communication regarding your commission should be conducted via email ([email protected]). If you're uncomfortable using email, Discord or Twitter DMs can be an alternative, but I prefer email for official matters.
